Responsibilities
Manage and support Block Level women staff members
Coordinate district-level women awareness meetings and campaigns
Monitor women group formation and awareness activities
Conduct period hygiene and sanitary pad awareness programs
Provide training and guidance to field staff
Handle membership awareness and community support activities
Educate women about government schemes and support programs
Prepare monthly reports and manage team coordination
Conduct field visits and ground-level monitoring
Lead district-level women empowerment campaigns
